It benefits people by improving their learning experience. It keeps their morale up and their performance improves significantly. Knowing the principles can be advantageous as it helps the individual prepare and train their brain to efficiently learn.
Discuss how might engage with the principals of neuroplasticity for your own benefit
For me it can benefit a lot of things such as improving fitness even without the use of weights, may enhanced memory abilities, can unlock wide range of cognitive abilities and more effective learning.
What are some of the ways to increase your neuroplasticity

1. Get enough quality sleep.

2. Continue learning and keep moving.

3. Reduce stress.

4. Find a strong purpose for what you’re planning to learn.

5. Read a novel.

Research Growth Mindset

Discuss what it is and why it is relevant
It is an underlying beliefs people have about learning and intelligence. When students believe they can get smarter, they understand that effort makes them stronger. Therefore they put in extra time and effort, and that leads to higher achievement.
In this exploration, did anything surprise you? Change for you?
Yes, I just realised that I was doing growth mindset in the past without knowing it. As I read some of the topics about growth mindset, it made me want to implement this in my daily life.
How will you integrate growth mindset into your learning journey?
By allotting at least 20 minutes of reading each day.
